Four steps from first conversation to live site. You see the work early, review it at every stage and always know what comes next.

  1. 01

    Discover

    We talk about your business, your audience and what the site needs to do, and look at what you have today.

    You receive
    A written brief, a sitemap and a quote for the agreed scope.
    Your part
    A call or meeting, a short questionnaire and access to existing material.
  2. 02

    Design

    We design the key pages for desktop and mobile, starting with the homepage, and build the visual system from there.

    You receive
    A clickable design prototype and the visual direction for the whole site.
    Your part
    Feedback rounds on the prototype. Nothing gets built until you approve the design.
  3. 03

    Develop

    We build the site by hand with your real content, then test it on phones, tablets, desktops and with a keyboard.

    You receive
    A private preview link to click through, plus the editing setup if your site has one.
    Your part
    Review the working site and list the changes you want before launch.
  4. 04

    Launch

    We connect your domain, set up redirects and basic SEO, and check everything works once the site is live.

    You receive
    The live site, a short handover guide and access to every account involved.
    Your part
    Final approval. Afterwards, choose ongoing care or a clean handover to your own team.
